Fabulous is right. We had the floors in a 1952 home refinished, and I don’t believe they’d ever been refinished since the house was built. There was quite a bit of damage, but Fabulous Floors made them look nearly as good as new, especially the oak floors in the main house. Great work!

Matt was very easy to work with, and Raoul and his guy did an amazing job refinishing my floors! My sun room was extremely water damaged and caked in linoleum tile glue, and now it looks like there was never any damage! Their price was also so much lower than any other places I called. Our home was built in 1926. After living here for 12 years we needed to pull the carpets up for the usual reasons. We had no idea what the floors would look like. My husband pulled up every inch of carpet from 3 bedrooms, 2 closets, a hallway and about 15 steps. The floors appeared to have been painted and shellacked. Young Matt and Will came in and cleaned it all up. We did not want to spend additional money to repair flaws like wooden blocks that replaced some of the pine strips. To us it was character built into the floors. These young men moved 2 large pieces of furniture out of the house that my husband and I couldn’t, and worked around our irremovable tread mill. We were very pleased with the results. I would caution that while dust was minimal, you should cover everything possible to reduce unnecessary clean up afterwards. The cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Fabulous.
